The SoulFULL Plate – Refund & Cancellation Policy


At The SoulFULL Plate, every meal is made fresh-to-order with premium ingredients and prepared
specifically for each customer. Because our products are perishable and customized, we have policies
to ensure fairness to both our customers and our kitchen team.

  1. Order Accuracy & Satisfaction Guarantee
    If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your meals at
    info@thesoulfullplate.com. We will review and may offer a replacement meal, partial credit, store credit,
    or refund when applicable.
  2. Refunds for Perishable Food
    Because meals are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept returns. Refunds apply only in cases of
    incorrect items, missing items, quality issues, duplicate charges, or unfulfillable orders.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    Weekly Meal Orders:
    - Cancellations before Thursday at 5:00 PM: Full refund
    - Cancellations after cutoff: Not eligible for refund (store credit may be offered)
  4. Delivery Issues
    We replace or refund orders delivered incorrectly due to our error. Orders delivered to an incorrect
    customer-provided address are not eligible for refund.
  5. Gift Cards
    All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
  6. Store Credit
    Store credit may be offered when refunds are not applicable. Store credit does not expire.
  7. How to Request a Refund
    Email info@thesoulfullplate.com with your order number, name, issue description, and photos if
    applicable. We respond within 24–48 hours
