So... How does the SoulFULL Plate Work?

The SoulFULL Plate delivers fresh meals to your door, weekly.

1. Every Monday, you will receive an email with a new menu for the week. You can also check this website which is updated each week as well.
2. Orders must be placed by 3 PM on Thursday.
3. Visit thesoulfullplate.com and choose your meals or sides (Please remember there is a $150.00 minimum). Once you have chosen your meals or sides, check out and you're done.
4. Alternatively, you can reply to the email with your menu choices and arrange payment options.
5. Meals are prepared and delivered fresh on the following Monday. Approximate delivery window is 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
6. Meals are delivered in insulated bags with ice packs. These bags can be returned. Just leave them outside the door. We will grab them.
