After more than two decades as a dedicated restaurant chef, including co-owning beloved local spots like The Paddle Inn in Newburyport and Sunset Club on Plum Island, I felt called to take my passion in a new direction. Along the way, I’ve been honored with culinary awards and even had the thrill of appearing on the Food Network—but what truly excites me is creating food that nourishes people every day.
That’s why I started The SoulFULL Plate—a prepared meal delivery service designed to bring fresh, flavorful, and wholesome dishes straight to your doorstep. Every meal is made from whole foods and all-natural ingredients: organic where possible, heart-healthy oils, hormone-free proteins, and everything cooked fresh with care. It’s like having your own personal chef—without the restaurant price tag.
