Heating Recommendations

Below is the list of the ingredients in each dish.
I have also included some reheating instructions. These are just suggestions, using the oven and stove that I find best. Microwaves and air fryers work too!
Please note that every oven is different, so you may have to adjust times to account for your own oven’s specifics and quirks.
All proteins have been cooked to the proper temperature already. Per the health department, to ensure complete safety when reheating, the internal temperature of food should reach 165°F.
Chicken Breast- artichoke, olive oil, chive, salt, pepper, paprika
Farro Salad- vegetable stock, spinach, feta, olive oil, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper
Chickpeas- honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper
In a 350* oven, cook the chicken and farro salad. The chicken will take 10-12 minutes to cook to hot. The farro salad will take 8-10 minutes to heat through. The chickpeas can be eaten at room temperature or tossed into the oven for 2-4 minutes. Be careful not to over cook them!
Puttanesca- shrimp, tomato filet, garlic, black olive, caper, chilli flake, oregano, basil, honey, salt, pepper
Melting Potatoes- Yukon potato, garlic, butter, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, vegetable stock, salt, pepper
Kale- garlic- olive oil, salt, pepper
All three items can be heated in a 375* oven. The shrimp puttanesca and potato will take 8-10 minutes, while the kale only 6-8 minutes.
Basil Pesto Chimichurri Steak- flank steak, basil, oregano, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, chilli flake, lemon, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper
White Beans- cannellini bean, asparagus, garlic, tarragon, lemon, honey, mustard, dill, salt, pepper
Warm the white beans in a pot over medium heat until hot. The steak has been seared to rare. Cook the steak in a 375* oven for 6 minutes to bring to medium rare. Cook longer for more doneness. The basil pesto chimichurri is a condiment for the steak and should be served over the steak at room temperature.
Chicken Thighs- za’atar, paprika, garlic powder, brown sugar, olive oil, salt
Tabbouleh- amaranth, parsley, red onion, tomato, za’atar, hemp seed, lemon, olive oil, salt, garlic, paprika, radish
Baba ganoush- tahini, lemon, caramelized onion, salt, olive oil
In a 375* oven, heat the chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes, until hot. The amaranth tabbouleh is meant to be eaten cold or if you wish, at room temperature. Baba ganoush is best eaten at room temperature. The baba ganoush is great as a dipping sauce for the thighs!
Portobello- lemon, parsley, basil, sumac, chilli flake, lemon, garlic, olive oil, salt
Rice- wild rice, vegetable stock, shallot, dried cherry, almond, sherry vinegar, olive oil, honey, basil, olive oil, salt
Green Beans- garlic powder, smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, pepper
Wild rice is best heated in a pot on the stove over medium heat. Add a little water to keep rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Or you can heat the rice with the portobello and green beans in a 375* oven for 6-8 minutes, until hot.
Kids’ Steak- paprika, salt, pepper
Melting Potatoes- Yukon potato, garlic, butter, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, vegetable stock, salt, pepper
Spinach- olive oil, salt, pepper
All three items can be heated in a 350* oven for 6-8 minutes. Or you can quickly toss the spinach in a sauté pan for a minute or two.
Kids’ Chicken Thighs- paprika, olive oil, salt
Green Beans- salt
Wild Rice- salt
In a 350* oven, heat all three items together for 6-8 minutes, until hot.
Penne Putanesca- pasta, tomato filet, garlic, black olive, caper, chilli flake, oregano, basil, honey, salt, pepper
Heat penne and puttanesca sauce in a pot on the stove. Add a little water and cook over medium heat, until hot.
Breakfast Burrito- flour tortilla, portobello mushrooms, egg, half and half, salt, provolone cheese, caramelized onions
Heat burrito in a 350* oven for 5-7 minutes, until hot in the center.
Oats- almond milk, oats, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, blackberry, walnut
Oats are meant to be served cold or at room temperature.
